To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

You must notify luky888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (after satisfaction of all wagering requirements) will be refunded via your registered withdrawal method. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
In accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gambling standards, luky888 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, standard welcome bonuses at luky888 carry a Wagering Requirement of between 20x and 35x the bonus amount.
luky888 reserves the right to void bonuses, withold withdrawals, and/or close accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using accounts, employing low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds expire if not used within thirty (30) days of being credited to the Player's account. Expired bonuses and any associated winings will be automatically forfeited.
